National Trade Marketing is handled from the company head office, which is in constant contact with all the major retail and wholesale chains as well as key independent outlets.

Warehousing and distribution is outsourced to leading contractors in various specialised fields, with depots in Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town, with daily road transport to all retail and wholesale outlets in South Africa.

The Continental Oil Mills' network includes Sales and Merchandising at national level, with over 100 sales reps and 600 merchandisers reporting to our Regional Sales Managers. Stores are visited on weekly, fortnightly or monthly calling cycles, depending on individual requirements. This ensures sufficient stock, constant replenishment, reporting on in store situations, including damages and deliveries.
